Stop that shivering, whizz up a Pina Colada and get future planning for next years Stop Making Sense festival!! Delivering a magical beach party experience, set in the most beautiful location, Stop Making Sense returns to Croatia’s picture-perfect Dalmatian Coast for its fifth year. Renowned for providing a perfectly soundtracked escape with lovingly procured DJs and artists – this event is a ‘Must Do’ on the festival-holiday calendar.
For 2014 Stop Making Sense partners with Will Saul’s pivotal label Aus Music. This’ll be their second time at the festival. Glasgow’s legendary Sub Club is in full effect, as is Corsica Studios’ flagship night Trouble Vision. The legendary Warm gang also be in attendance. South London’s Get Diverted make their debut appearance, as will Dalston Superstore residents Abattoir. East London scoundrels Orlando Boom are back for their third year. With Danza Macabra, Lovesick and Croatia Calling completing the promoter lineup, 2014 looks to be a cracker of a year – and there’s still a promoter announcement to come, as well as headliners from each crew and a full lineup. Boom.
Located in the Croatian town of Tisno, Stop Making Sense makes the most of its stunning surroundings. Stages include the Beach Bar (needs no explaination), the Wood Stage set among the Mediterranean pines and oak trees, and the outdoor all night club – Barbarella’s Discotheque. Awesome boat parties are also on the agenda. Providing 18 hours a day of house, techno and electro, funk, soul and disco – you’ll literally dance your feet off!
A dream escape for music lovers, festival-goers and holidaymakers alike, Stop Making Sense simply needs to be experienced to be believed. It’s freakin’ CRAWESOME!
