You’ll be able to catch the four-piece on tour in January too, which should certainly relieve some of those January blues. Joseph Mount, Oscar Cash, Anna Prior and Gbenga Adelekan have finished recording the new long-player, and are eyeing up potential release dates in 2011.
The English Riviera will be the third studio album to come from the time-keeping camp since birth, and the first since the line-up has expanded to welcome Prior and Adelekan. The new material follows on from the highly acclaimed (not to mention worthwhile) effort Nights Out, which captivated listeners way back before the banks went bust in 2008.
As a result the inevitable tour has also been confirmed, with dates in some of the UK’s most reputable musical cities. Specifics on this are below the video we’ve embedded, which shows the then duo performing Radio Ladio for a Swiss radio show (just don’t ask where we find these snippets…) And more information can be found on the band here.
