A Return For Spain’s Newest Festival

ElectroSplashP&SThis past Summer, ElectroSplash festival returned to the East coast of Spain after an eight year hiatus, bringing to the beautiful beach side location of Vineros a stunning underground line up of disco, house, electronica and techno artists from around the globe. ElectroSplash returned with a bang and the fact the organisers only had five months to put this weekender together following local council agreement, it’s nothing short incredible they pulled this off.

Over the last week we have been informed that aside from dotting a few i’s and crossing a few t’s, ElectroSplash will return in 2015 and they have promised more of the same. When you look at a 2014 line up that included Nina Kraviz, Craig Richards, Tensnake, Crazy P, Ivan Smagghe, Marc Piñol, Tevo Haward and a sack load more, you can rest assured with more time and experience from this past year, they will have a line up packed with class.

Although they are not able to confirm legally at this moment, whether the festival will be on the same site as last year, they can confirm that there is expected to be ‘minimal change’ and it will take place from Friday 10th to Sunday 12 July 2015.

As you can see from the musical ethos, ElectroSplash is a name that doesn’t seem to sit well with the actual festival itself, there is certainly no electro or EDM madness, so don’t let this put you off. The festival is great value, easy to get to on budget airlines to Valencia and Reus and you can be certain of stunning weather and a real intimate atmosphere with the festival not exceeding more than 8,000 people (through choice), something many of the artists positively noted following their sets last July.

We will be first to keep you informed of new information on Electrosplash as we have no doubt this is a festival that will be an attraction for those in London and the UK for both value and quality. For now, keep an eye on their facebook page HERE for mixes from last years festival and more news as it happens.
