On Saturday November 2nd, secretsundaze kicks off an insane Autumn/Winter series with their hotly anticipated ‘Halloween Asylum Party’.
With a carefully selected lineup of lunatics and weirdo’s; this’ll be a night of wild abandon, glamorous derangement and demented dance-moves; think One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest meets Studio 54.
Those AWESOME enough to be attending can look forward to a super-special set from techno don, Function; a live set from the creepy faced Redshape; an appearance from Sven Weisemann and of course – Giles Smith and James Priestley – deftly demonstrating just how frickin’ *CRAWESOME they are, and why this is one of the bestest events in the Halloween calendar.
At the top of his game in techno world – and one half of the enigmatic Sandwell District – Function will be playing an exclusive house set. Residing in New York throughout the 90’s house music hayday, Function holds a deep love for the genre. Secretsundaze jumped at the chance to indulge in his ‘other’ musical passion – a rare treat for all.
Having honed his Detroit-influenced sound for many years, Redshape has built a huge catalogue of killer releases. Secretsundaze drafted him in specially, knowing full well that his dark, sexy, atmospheric live sound – and his creepy motherfucking redface – makes for the perfect Halloween vibes.
Secretsundaze regular Sven Weisemann completes the lineup, alongside Giles Smith and James Priestley. As a DJ, Sven never fails to rock the party. An essential annual secretsundaze party, this year’s Halloween event comes to East London’s Oval Space and promises to be a brain melting spectacular, and definitely one to remember.
