Solo Danza make fine use of the bank holiday easter weekend with a very special party at The Steelyard in London on Saturday April 4th 2015. Providing the on point sound track will be Osgut Ton’s definitive techno talent Margaret Dygas alongside a venerated veteran in Cocoon’s Tobi Neumann. Joining them are residents Dennis Christopher and Leroy Roberts.
The Steelyard is an 800 capacity underground arch venue in the Cannon Street area that makes use of three adjoined arches and has one impressive main room. Huge speakers front, middle and back ensure high quality sound permeates your every sense, and subtle lighting lends the whole room a cathedral like elegance that is sure to make for some near religious experiences on the dance floor. An old industrial building that’s been beautifully converted, The Steelyard has plenty of original features that are officially listed for their historical importance, and all in all it makes for a refreshing addition to the capital’s scene. On top of that, it fits in perfectly with Solo Danza’s tradition of partying under railway arches, as they have done before at Crucifix and Cable, so this is sure to be an invigorating new experience for one and all.
