As the Ibizan season draws to an end, promoters and DJ’s are inventing more and more creative ways to bring the Balearic spirit to grey ol’ Blighty.
Steve Lawler is no exemption to this trend. The incredible second season of his Sunday night phenomenon – VIVa Warriors’ – comes to an end on September 29th. Not content with that, he’s bringing the party to Electric Brixton, London. Expect epic line ups and Ibiza magic by the tonne. (I’m sure at some point Steve might go to bed too.)
Over the Summer, residents and guests have included Robert Dietz, Steve Bug, Guti, Todd Terry, Livio & Roby, Radio Slave and Lee Curtiss. The season saw many a packed dance floor, and record breaking numbers through the door. Leaving a clear stamp of music individuality, Lawler and his Warriors took the season by storm..
The London event on Friday 4th October 2013 sees Steve Lawler joined by his army of VIVa MUSiC artists and Warriors residents from Sankey’s Ibiza; Darius Syrossian, Philip Bader, Detlef and Anëk. London promoter and VIVa friends One More will host the second room, showcasing the incredible talents of Arnaud, Antonio De Angelis and NDRE.
With sell-out parties from Carl Cox, Loco Dice, Gilles Petersen, Kissy Sellout, Bugged Out and Underground Resistance, Electric Brixton was the obvious choice for housing such a mammoth event.
