LOVEBOX: Kelis, Lianne La Havas, Crack Magazine & The Fly Presents Stages Announced

lovebox-homepage-image1With flaming art installations, men shooting lightning bolts from fingers and Jose Cuervo’s Margarita Garden ‘making a VIP out of everyone’, Lovebox encompasses all that is glorious, extravagant and sensory titillating about big boys like Glasto or Burning Man, whilst maintaining the small festival good vibes and intimacy. With Harlem girl Kelis and Lianne La Havas now joining the rosta, this years line up is just as scintillating as its accompanying entertainment.

Kelis brings a splash of her world renowned spaceyelectropop and R&B beats, whilst the extraordinary Lianne adds a touch of class with her old-school vibrato flavour. Drawing inspiration from the likes of Lauryn Hill and Erykah Badu, her melodic performances present creativity and soul in equal measure.

Over in the exclusive Fly arena forward thinking muso’s can catch Ghostpoet, Splashh, Big Deal, Rainy Milo, Bipolar Sunshine, Josef Salvat, Owlle and Roscious exclusively performing live in Fly Magazine arena. This will be the ultimate in intimate music discovery for Saturday’s Lovebox lovers.

Keeping it underground and ever-so-edgy, Crack magazine present a wonderfully diverse collection of acts on Sunday’s buzzing field. Featuring Jon Hopkins, Charli XCX, Fear Of Men, Chlöe Howl, Idles, Moko and The Portillo Moment. The collection of live electro to dream funk synths will be sweet discovery for creative heads seeking an electronic edge to their festival action.

So there we have it; fire, lighting and a line up so good your eyes’ll explode if you read it all at once. Lovebox 2013, do it.
