Outlook Festival – Stage Takeover Partners Announced

Outlook2012_ashes57-300 Festival curators need to be nothing short of magicians these days. Anything less than pant-wettingly-eye-poppingly-tit-blowingly awesome, and nobody bats an eyelid. Back in ma’ day I remember having TWO types of food to choose from; burgers or chips. And the DJ’s played in TENTS…tents I tell you! These days its a culinary banquet fit for Masterchef, set in venues so spectacular they’d give National Geographic wet dreams for a lifetime.

Outlook Festival in Croatia, situated on the beautiful Adriatic coastline is no exception, in fact…it’s really quite exceptional.  Returning for its 6th year for 2013 and armed with an incredible line up, this is a party of gargantuan proportions.  It’s the supermodel of festivals and the creme de la creme of dance parties, like, why have burgers when you could have steak?Outlook2012_ashes57-61 This is the real, bass infused, deal.

As Spring waits tentatively around the corner and this years Stage Takeover Partners slowly emerge from hibernation, Outlook is proud to announce the first for 2013. “David Rodigan MBE will be presenting one of his legendary Ram Jam nights, whilst Numbers, Rinse, Metalheadz, DMZ, Deep Medi, Swamp 81, Eglo Recordings, Deviation, Top Ranking and Hyperdub and many more will also join one of our unique stages”

Get your freak  on down a 100 meter tunnel, set into 5 meter high walls as basslines shake you to the brink of tears. Get lost in the Dungeon, a 300 capacity underground cave and lose your mind at Noah’s Ballroom, “While the pressure of the system mounts with every drop it is easy to forget where you are as you get absorbed in the crumbling walls of the 18th Century fort. Can’t tell whether it reminds us more of something out of The Gladiator or Silence of The Lambs

Sounds good huh? If you reside anywhere in the Northern Hemisphere, really, there is no excuse for non attendance this Summer. Mmmm, Burgers or Steak?
