Win VIP tickets to Streets Of Beige with ItaloJohnson & Tony Lionni

After an incredible summer which started with a Clone Records showcase and ended with a huge electronic lineup at The 1234 Festival –  via a Not- Bloc Flying Lotus  and  Hyperdub  showcase  plus  an  intimate  second  birthday  bash  – Streets Of Beige  come roaring back this Autumn with an exclusive show full of their now- signature forward – thinking house and techno.

ItaloJohnson  are  an  elusive  cult  trio  from  Berlin  whos  analogue  house releases on the label of the same name have pushed the boundary of the vinyl concept.  Journeying  across  5  EPs,  they’ve  showcased  a  knack  for  stomping NY  drums,  choppy  vocals  and  a  no -holds  barred  production  sensibility  that takes raw to a new  level. Beige being Beige, they’ve been snapped up for their UK  debut  performing  a  back- to -back  three  hour  set,  and  if  their  live  sets  at Panorama Bar ,  Trouw and  Harry Klein are anything to go by this will be an unmissable experience. Check out their mix live at Trouw below.

Co- headlining  will  be Liverpool’s finest deep house son,  Tony Lionni . Having carved out his name over the last few years with releases on Freerange ,  Mule Musiq  and Ostgut Ton, Tony’s next LP will see him channel his looping house sensibility  through  Kerri  Chandler’s Madhouse Records  label.  With  his distinctive  big- room  vocal  style  intact,  expect  nothing  less  than  Lionni  at  his peak with an equal amount of depth and musicality to boot.

London- based Italian producer and fashion designer, Marco Shuttle, is one of the last years’ fastest- rising stars. With a game – changing techno EP on  Farden Records  that  took  the  half- time  bounce  to  another  level,  he’s  since  cut  three tracks for the Clone Store Series as well as inaugurating his own label Eerie with  three  deeper  tracks  that  touch on  early  acid  house,  signaling  a  broader style to come.

Meschi is another London talent with a building discography and already solid house reputation.  Having  started  the  revered  online  house/techno  site  This  Is our House focusing on the rawer and more an analogue sides of the scene, he’s also  had  releases  through  Lux  Rec,  Lunar  Disco and  Boe  Recordings , showing  a  flare  for  a  more  skittering  Chicago  style  and  rapid  percussion bombardments alongside womb- shaking basslines.

With his debut EP recently pushed out by  Nineteen89,  Rumah is still fresh in terms of released material. However, this young techno talent has a wealth of material lined up for the future and has already been snapped up by Hyponik for one of their genre- defining mixes.

Completing  the  lineup   is  a  schmorgasbord  of Streets  Of  Beige  friends  and family across several other nights.  Unlikely  of  Wavey Tones fame returns to the  game,  whilst  Russell  Smith  of  Oscillate  Wildly  makes  his  Beige  debut and  the  aptly- named  Lucid  duo  Grand  &  Polka  flex  a  more  4×4  styling. Streets  Of  Beige  residents DJ  Conditioner,  Koldt  and  Phonica’s Free- Care finish the night with choice all – vinyl numbers dug from their archive of wax.
