The next chapter in James Zabiela’s career begins on Thursday 4th October, as he launches his own record label; Born Electric. Hosted at a secret London location, this FREE party will witness James play an extended 5 hour set. This will be a rare opportunity to see him dig deep into his record collection, as well as showcase new releases on his exciting new imprint.
Hailing from Southampton, James is known worldwide for his technical brilliance on the decks and his extensive use of effects and loops. 2012 has been an extremely busy year for James with performances at many of the world’s best clubs and festivals. In July James released his inaugural podcast for Resident Advisor, a 90 minute mix that took three months of preparation and received exceptional feedback. In addition his all conquering residency at We Love at Space Ibiza has also continued this summer for the 11th consecutive year. Encompassing three Born Electric takeovers, James has starred alongside the likes of Modeselektor, Shackleton, Scuba, Paul Woolford, Appleblim, Midland and George Fitzgerald.
