LWE are the team who have seriously raised the bar when it comes to large scale nights in London. In the couple of years since being founded their events have seen them hosting parties for the likes of labels /brands such as: Cocoon, Drumcode, CLR, PRYDA, Halycon, Spectrum, Cadenza, Planet E, Stanton Sessions, Electric Delux, Phonica, Jaded, Truesoul, Leftroom (plus many more..) and have seen them bringing headline acts such as: Sven Vath, Adam Beyer , Chris Liebing, Nina Kraviz, Carl Craig, Eric Prydz, Gui Boratto, Speedy J, Marcel Dettmann, Cassy, Raresh, Onur Ozer, Raresh, Petre Inspirescu, Rhadoo, Francois K, Radio Slave, Cari Lekebusch, Ida Engberg, Joel Mull, Visionquest, Benoit & Sergio, Joy Orbison, Soul Clap, Heidi + many many more to the Capital. But its not all about the line ups – they are also known for amazing venues, crystal clear sound systems, eye popping production (which includes some of the best lighting and staging you’d be lucky to find outside of a stadium tour), and seamlessly organised events of very high quality…LWE have given promoters a serious lesson in how things ‘should’ be done.
Coming up on June 16th they have yet another ridiculous line up with their impending Ovum Recordings Party. There will be a hand picked selection of talent and leading the charge is Ovum main man Josh Wink, with support from some very talented friends in the form of man of the moment and Loco Dice’s production partner Martin Buttrich and Ovum Records stable mateGregor Tresher. Ovum Recordings is an electronic music label, specialising in house and techno, founded by world renowned DJ, Josh Wink. Over the past 15 years the label has grown tremendously, disseminating thousands of tracks, while forming an impressive collection of talented DJs and producers. Signing artists from all over the world, Ovum has been a catalyst in the global dance movement since its inception.
