Sat Feb 08 – The South London Soul Train invites you to “Jump Up” to “Get Down” to the mighty sounds of funk, soul, jazz, hip hop, rare groove, latin and brass – as your dancefloor nuking host with the absolute most, JAZZHEADCHRONIC welcomes champion turntablist JIM SHARP (Dusty Donuts), alongside the Tweed Clad, Brass Wielding Gents that are THE OLD DIRTY BRASSTARDS (LIVE). ODB here to drop in hard and righteously for more brass sonic tonic and guaranteed dancefloor mayhem at The CLF Art Cafe.

The tweed-clad 10-piece brass and drum collective comprises of some of London’s leading freelance musicians, playing an eclectic fusion of pop, rock, hip hop, R&B, funk and soul covers that never fail to get any dance floor jumping with joy!

LEVEL 2 – Funks gonna hit the fan, as rare 45″ vinyl junkies, The Legendary SNOWBOY + Mighty IAN WRIGHT drop more of the platters that absolutely still matter and wait for the sweat to fall.
ROOM 3 – Enter THE HAWAIIAN BOP TRIP. Your retrolicious host RICHIO SUZUKI joined by Premier 45 Slinger MISS 45s and Bop Head OSCAR ROMP for an epic strictly retrolicious Rock and Roll, 50’s R N’ B, 60’s Soul and Motown, Vintage Ska and Latin journey from the love side. Aloha baby!
The South London Soul Train 3 Floor / 4 room Line up completed in the RYE WAX BASEMENT by REACH UP DISCO WONDERLAND DJs ANDY SMITH + NICK HALKES dropping 80’s boogie, soul, funk, disco and proto house, evoking the spirit and dipping into the soundtrack of legendary NYC clubs such as ‘Paradise Garage’ and ‘Studio 54’.
