DISCO FREAKS ARE SIX YEARS OLD!
On Friday 4th October, we celebrate six years of Disco Freaks making dance floors in the world a better place.
Yes, it has been that long since they first presented their groove-laden collection of music to the wonderful people of New Cross in 2013.
Since then the disco duo have gone global – spinning records across the country and beyond in some of the planets most glamorous spots; like New York, Ibiza, Bologna, Croatia, Blackburn and Margate.
But CLF Art Cafe is their new home and some of the boys most treasured seven inch vinyl will be coming down from the loft, getting a good old clean ready for you to get down and lively to.
Brace yourselves for a Friday night packed with six hours of what has soundtracked their 72 months in existence. Expect big moments from Teena Marie, Ashford and Simpson, Melba Moore, Aretha Franklin, Earth Wind and Fire with the odd sly banger that only comes out for special occasions.
Oh, and no 6th birthday would be complete without some of the friends they made at school and along the way joining them. So keep your beady eyes peeled for some announcements coming into your social media pages.
