Smoke Room Sessions #002: Terror Danjah at | 9th June
After a crazy launch party in February, The Pit London are returning to XOYO for another Smoke Room Session with Grime veteran Terror Danjah headlining the bill.
Dubbed as the ‘Godfather of the reborn grime scene’, Terror Danjah has guided some of the scenes youngest icons such as Elijah & Skilliam, Kano and Tinie Tempah. Now a solo artist and head of his own record label Harddrive, Terror is undoubtedly a legend in the game and will supplying the heavyweight riddims for the night.
On mic duty is “Codename” Nico Lindsay who is making big moves in the scene right now. Nico has been killing the radio circuit for over 6 years and has been featured on some of the biggest platforms such as Tim Westwood TV, Boiler Room, Radar Radio & BBC 1xtra. At the last SRS, Nico Lindsay, Rocks FOE & Kwams supported Capo Lee and they caused a moshpit so prepare yourself for a high energy set!
Support on the night comes from three of the most exciting collectives to touch the decks – Hipsters Don’t Dance, BBC AZN Network & The Pit LDN DJ’s. Expect some eclectic summer party vibes incorporating the sounds of Dancehall, Afrobeats, RnB Classics and more.
