The Volks is one of the longest running clubs in Brighton (over 20 years now) and is THE authentic underground venue in Brighton. We’re no frills, no VIP areas, just the best clubbing atmosphere around. We’re on Brighton Seafront, we open ‘very’ late and our drinks prices are more pub than club. With a varied schedule of events ranging from Drum & Bass nights, to Psy Trance, to reggae / dub , Ska + live acts, plus plenty of excellent daytime events over the summer, there’s always something going on.
CHRIS LIBERATOR is a Major UK Acid/Techno DJ & producer. It is fair to say that Chris has probably played more squat parties, underground raves, technivals, festivals, club nights, and parties worldwide in his 18 years as a D.J. than any other person alive, and is still completely dedicated to the music and the scene.
STERLING MOSS: With dynamic musical taste and timing sharper than a razor, Sterling Moss is renowned for his technically explosive DJ style that never fails to electrify crowds the world over.
NEURODRIVER is the brainchild of Dom Smart – UK-based producer and DJ, and head honcho of Broken Robot Records. The Neurodriver sound blends influences from techno, tech-funk, breaks and psychedelia to form a new breed of high-tech dance music suited to big rigs and late-night dance floors.
