Almost a decade ago, in a postcode not that far away, DJ’s BobaFatt and Mo Fingaz formed Main Squeeze. Previously playing parties together in the Bristol area they took their mutual love of beats, rhymes and basslines, and calmly began the task of destroying any dancefloor that crossed their paths, spinning at numerous spots across the UK, killing festivals in Croatia, and countless parties all over London Town, now bringing the noise to Peckham.
BobaFatt has been DJing parties since the early ’90s. His mixes, radio shows and club sets have seen him awarded acclaim over the years from BBC 1Xtra, Mixcloud and Fact Magazine readers. He currently hosts regular shows on Itch FM and Resonance FM, is a resident DJ for Soundcrash and Big Chill, and a vinyl pusher at Rough Trade by day.
Mo Fingaz began DJing in the early ’00s, as part of South-West UK D&B collective Drive By and as part of The Snugs, alongside Swaby of The Heavy. A digger, record collector & producer, Mo Fingaz prides himself on a solid foundation of great music and the ability to make sure that his sets have fresh new releases as well as that classic sound we all love. Mo Fingaz is resident alongside Spin Doctor, Mr Thing, The Nextmen & Russ Ryan at the “iconic” The Doctors Orders. – London’s best and longest serving Hip Hop party. In Mo’s sets you will discover classic hip hop, original samples and breaks, r&b, garage, deep house and drum & bass. Dancing shoes essential.
