Following on from last year’s infectiously weird Rooster EP, Bullion (Nathan Jenkins) now presents his debut Loop The Loop album on his Deek label. Nathan evolves Rooster’s sprightly electronic feel in Loop The Loop, with the inclusion of vocals adding to the record’s warm-heartedness. Our choice “Never is the Change” sustains the playful, pleasantly lackadaisical feel of the entire oeuvre, with its lopsided percussion and reverb-drenched, pitch-slid guitars.
