Nathan X & Friends at | 10th October
Artist, Producer, songwriter, remixer, award winning percussionist. It’s all about MAN.MUSIC.DRUMS. Nathan co-formed The HouseBreakerz – the Ska/House music act who were instantly snapped up by Basement Jaxx, releasing the most records apart from Basement Jaxx themselves on Atlantic Jaxx Recordings. He also created The London Punks – as The Metro called them “The Streets on acid!”
Nathan has worked with Aluna (AlunaGeorge), has remixes out on Fat Boy Slims label, worked with Warner Music 679 Artists. His Dj sets and Percussive Talents’ has taken him around the world, such as V Festival (UK), Snowbombing (Austria) and Ultra Music Festival (Miami), Ibiza & China. Nathan currently tours with TV Star from Channel 4 Balls Of Steel’s Neg under The London Punks.
Nathan has received some very flattering press over the years. From being Metro’s “One to Watch” featuring in a half page interview in The Guardian, to receiving “America’s top tune of the week” on Kcrw – Los Angeles, for his co-production on Stereo MC’s ‘Sunny Day’. Not to mention he ran SWITCH club nights for over a decade both selling his brand to Ministry Of Sound and the BBC.
This monthly night – watch out for some big names, future guests in the pipeline include Route 94 who had a No. 1 with Jess Gylne, many more offerings, who know’s who will grace the decks, you’ll just have to wait and see.
