The Gallery – Chicane at Ministry of Sound | 23rd May
Chicane is no stranger to Ministry of Sound and after playing the club’s 22nd birthday and more recently The Gallery’s flagship Christmas party last year, his big occasion credentials cannot be questioned.
Chicane will be bringing his jaw dropping live performance to showcase his classic anthems. The tracks that helped define a generation will be brought to The Gallery via an advanced collection of keyboards, MIDI controllers, samplers and cables. A live vocalist will add another dimension to the performance, elevating tracks like “Autumn Tactics”, “Offshore” and “Saltwater” to maximum euphoria levels.
Next door in 103, the 303Lovers return for a label showcase. For the second instalment of their 2014 residency, founders Manuel De La Mare and Luigi Rocca combine forces once more – for a B2B set to match the madness of February’s debut. From vocal and funky, through to dark chunky and twisted beats, this is quality house music for an old fashioned 103 knees up!
