LEVEL 1 – ANUSHKA (LIVE)
London via Brighton duo Anushka are the brainchild of Victoria Port (singer-songwriter) & Max Wheeler (producer). With influences from Detroit Hip Hop, Chicago House and 2000s RnB, their hybrid sound is hard to pin down but designed equally for the sound system and the reflective post-rave solace.
They have played many festivals including Glastonbury, SXSW, Worldwide, Outlook and Ibizia Rocks. They have also had across the board radio support from Huw Stephens, Phil Taggert, Toddla T, and Moxie on Radio 1 as well as specialist plays from other DJs like Skream and Jam Supernova on 1xtra.
Truly can’t wait to witness them sonically demolish The SLST Live stage.
Then on LEVEL 2 – Bonafide Masters of The Rare Funk 45 and all round dancefloor tenderisers DJs SNOWBOY and PERRY LOUIS drop it like it’s hot all night long. Delivering the whole funk and nothing but the funk on 45. Righteously, Deliciously, Beliiiiieve!!!!!
LEVEL 3 – S’all about The Northern Soul of it all. Your Northern Soul Room host The Legendary ROB MESSER + OSCAR ROMP drop more seismic northern soul joints of epic proportions. All on 45!
The SLST 4 floor line up completed in the RYE WAX BASEMENT by WAH WAH 45 supremo DOM SERVINI & the Mighty BOPPERSON serving up the absolute finest best in soul, funk, groove and boogie. Strictly on the good foot. Release yourselves!
