Pure fire joints of Funk, Soul, Disco, Rare Groove, Motown, Latin, Batu, Brass, Breaks, Jazz and Hip Hop served up for max celebratory dance floor satisfaction, ALL NIGHT LONG! An eclectic then to now good time set dropped in earnest til yoh soul can’t take it no moh. Prepare to dance harder y’all!!!
LEVEL 1 – JAZZHEADCHRONIC (7 Hr Set):
Smashing it since 91, South London Soul Train host and CLF Art Cafe (Bussey Bldg) Founder JAZZHEADCHRONIC is Renowned for his positively aggressive and highly charged eclectic good time sets of soul, funk, groove, motown, disco, latin and or future sets of broken to afro beat, hip hop and beyond – 1 things for sure, whenever or wherever Jazzheadchronic Mickey Smith plays, the dance floor blows up and the crowd always, but always feel it. Long time!!!
LEVEL 2 – Expect, The Funk, the whole funk and nothing but the funk on 45, as Legendary DJ SNOWBOY and ONEOFAKIND! partner for a heavyweight vinyl mission to drop it like it’s seriously hot, ALL NIGHT LONG! Delivering the platters that absolutely, positively still matter and wait for the sweat to fall.
LEVEL 3 – Time to once more enter The REACH UP DISCO WONDERLAND. Legendary DJ ANDY SMITH, NICK HALKES + CRISSY KYBOSH serve up 80’s boogie, soul, funk, disco and proto house, evoking the spirit and dipping into the soundtrack of legendary NYC clubs such as ‘Paradise Garage’ & ‘Studio 54′.
The SLST 4 Floor Line up completed in the RYE WAX / BASEMENT – THE HAWAIIAN BOP TRIP. Your retrolicious host RICHIO SUZUKI joined by OSCAR ROMP and 45 slinger KEVIN JOHANSEN – taking you on an epic strictly retrolicious Rock & Roll, 50’s R N’ B, 60’s Soul & Motown, Vintage Ska & Latin journey from the love side.
