LEVEL 1, Your SLST host with the absolute most JAZZHEADCHRONIC joined by red hot dancefloor nukers, Incognito DJ AJ KWAME and Wah Wah 45s head honcho DOM SERVINI + one of the most exciting, dynamic, brass bands to ever hit the SLST stage, THE TEMPLE FUNK COLLECTIVE. Temple Funk Collective brought the house down at Bestival 2014 – a New Orleans-style 8-piece brass band riot, taking their lead from the Louisiana legends and adding gypsy, jungle and hip hop.
2018 looks to be another top year for the band as they visit some of the UKs top festivals and continue their busy gigging schedule + we truly can’t wait to witness them demolish The South London Soul Train Live Stage once again!
LEVEL 2 – let the Funk Mercilessly Flow as your 2nd floor hosts the legendary DJ SNOWBOY & Jazzcotech warrior PERRY LOUIS drop the absolute finest on 45 direct to the torch lit dancefloor and the whole of yoh soul.
LEVEL 3 – S’all all about the Northern Soul of it all. The Legendary ROB MESSER and OSCAR ROMP dropping the platters that absolutely always will matter – served up on a dynamite rig for max dance floor satisfaction.
The SLST 7 Yr Spesh completed in the BASEMENT by FIRST WORD RECORDS DJs GILLA + BOPPERSON delivering more piping hot joints from the world wide wonder funk, soul, boogie and hip hop underground [then to now] Boom Bloody Pow!
