Malta's UNO village announces summer line-up at | 30th June
Plans are revealed for Malta’s number one music venue UNO Village, including appearances from Sven Vath, Joris Voorn, Jackmaster, Paul Oakenfold, Agoria, Richy Ahmed, Nic Fancuilli and many more…
The Malta scene’s leading party venue UNO Village is all ready to kick on into the sizzling 2017 season after breaking new ground last year. Big names like Armin van Buuren, Sven Vath, Agoria, Richy Ahmed, Sander van Doorn, Jackmaster and many more are all scheduled to play between now and September.
UNO Village has a carefully considered programme that mixes up big names in the dance world with real underground stars. UNO has hosted Annie Mac’s Lost & Found Festival, IMS, Mixmag Weekender and Creamfields Festival and so really are a global player. The multi-roomed and open air space has a custom designed Funktion One sound system, three different stages, VIP booths, well equipped bars and mesmeric lights and lasers as well as stylish and luxurious decor finishing it all off. What’s more, it is also right by the beach so you can gaze out on a crisp blue sea and expansive skies as you dance under the sun and stars.
Leading the way is Gringos, a legendary underground night that has been owning Sunday parties in Malta for many years with resident Carl Bee playing each one. With a great concept, top production and on point headliners, it moved to UNO Village last year and made a big impact, so is all set to do the same in 2017. This year it has Richy Ahmed lined-up for July 9th and then Jackmaster plays on the 30th July, then in September, Joris Voorn plays on the 10th with more names to come.
As for the many other party nights in the season, trance icon Armin van Buuren plays June 30th with Ruben de Ronde, then Sven Vath and Agoria play on July 7th, Todd Terry plays the 8th, Nic Fanciulli on the 25th July, and then in August Lost Frequencies, Sander van Doorn, Paul Oakenfold and more all play.
