GENO WASHINGTON has released thirteen studio albums since 1966 and has performed alongside James Brown, The Rolling Stones, Bo Diddley and The Everly Brothers, to name but a few. He is back on tour with The Ram Jam Band aged 70, rocking crowds harder than ever. Beliiiiieve!!!!
Then on Level 2 – Time for The Funk, the whole funk and nothing but the funk on 45 as The Mighty Mark Cotgrove aka DJ SNOWBOY and partner in heavyweight vinyl mayhem – Jazzcotech Founder PERRY LOUIS once again drop it like it’s hot all night long. Dropping the platters that absolutely, positively still matter and wait for the sweat to fall.
Level 3 – S’all about The Northern Soul of it all. Your Northern Soul Room hosts The Legendary ROB MESSER + Modern lovers CRAIG JAMIESON and CLAIRE KALVIS drop more seismic northern soul joints of epic proportions, hard and heavy on yehs. All on 45! “you’re gonna feel it, LONG TIME!”
The SLST line up completed by Basement residents FIRST WORD + WAH WAH 45 DJS serving up more delicious piping hot joints from the world wide underground. The absolute finest in soul, funk, groove and boogie – Strictly on the good foot.
