Star Shaped Club returns on Friday March 31st, and what’s more – it’s our annual Blur Special!!
We thought it was high-time to once again celebrate the genius of Damon & co and this we will do!
To this end we’re giving you a one-off chance to see a Blur supergroup tribute band made up of ‘Girls & Boys’ from some of our favourite current bands – Allo Darlin’, Night Flowers, Fever Dream and Tigercats, and together they are… BLEURGH! They’ll be hitting the stage around 11:30 so make sure you’re down the front for that!
We’ll also be playing loads of stuff from their 90’s albums, Leisure, Modern Life Is Rubbish, Parklife, The Great Escape, Blur & 13 alongside the usual cacophony of Britpop tunes that Star Shaped Club has become synonymous with until 3:30am! See if you can make it ‘To The End’ and not ‘Fade Away’….
Last year’s event was totally sold out and this’ll be another extremely busy one and will go with a ‘Bang’ so don’t be a ‘Fool’ and get left ‘On Your Own’, grab an advance ticket now and ‘Come Together’!
As always, the tunes will be accompanied by full visuals, our exclusive Britpop Fishbowl Cocktail and loads of other paraphernalia from the 90’s – Expect to have a ‘Badhead’ on ‘Sunday Sunday’!
