We step into 2017 with big plans and some very exciting lineups on the horizon! We’re very excited for you to see check what we have in store, with a number of great spaces (old and new) lined up for some serious party times this year.
First up, our debut at Bloc. in Hackney. An intimate warehouse soiree backed by the best deep, synthy acid house & techno from the UK underground. We’ll be adding in additional production to ensure the dancefloor is popping off until close.
xxxy / having been involved in music all his life, he’s really made a name for himself over the last few years with his modern take on garage cross rhythms and dubby bass lines, with the sound palette of classic house and techno jams.
Taylor’s stock first began to rise when his unique take on garage music was first heard with releases on the American Label; Formant, and Mancunian label; Mindset. His subsequent releases on Fortified Audio, Infrasonics and Pollen cemented his status as an up and coming artist to watch.
Brassica / has found a sound that is uniquely his, equally based in his enviable level of musical skill as it is in his personal experience. With a revered Live show filled with deep synths and acid tones and many memorable releases on Bicep’s label. Not to be missed!
Dixon Avenue Basement Jams / Bringing real rockin’ raw shit from the street for the clubs. Glasgow based record label owners of the same name and Dj duo Dan ‘Monox’ Lurinsky and Kenny ‘The Wasp’ Grieve are two of Glasgow’s most dedicated keepers of the flame and our final guests of the night at BLOC.
Excited is an understatement for this one, it’s gonna go owff…
