This August, 2020Vision will mark the Bank holiday with a party in a disused tube station that will showcase part of the old platform, an under the bridge area and most importantly an open air element to give that terrace feel.
Having held host to a 2020Vision before, the legacy of fine electronic music at Shoreditch Underground continues. However, this mini-story in the chapter of the label and station must end; with the August event going down in as the last ever time it will be used for a party.
The former London Underground station opened in 1869 and closed permanently in June 2006, due to lack of use and being replaced by the now booming Overground. With a distinctive blend of old steel work, Victorian brickwork, and original trainline infrastructure it’s an ideal destination for a forward thinking party.
Your musical entertainment for the day will be served up by Ralph Lawson, Mario Basanov, Audiojack, Krystal Klear, Purple Disco Machine and Tristan Da Cunha.
