Twinlovers present Lula Circus.

Twinlovers was created 3 years ago by partners Elsa Boutaric and Patrick Gadjard. The concept is simple: To bring respected international DJ’s and artists together in live performance, with a focus on collaboration between art and music, performance and involvement. It’s about creating a unique and memorable fusion which is planted in the underground whilst being a feast for the senses.

The Twinlovers brand has been running in London for some three years, working with a range of diverse venues such as Momo’s Kemia Bar, Supperclub London and Park Plaza Westminster Bridge.

Their next event on 8^th March will be at a secret London location yet to be revealed and the promoters have hand-picked the line-up to represent some of the leading talent in Europe when it comes to underground electronic music. And it doesn’t stop with the musical talent, in addition to the DJ line up there will be specially curated arts and performance elements to create a unique and immersive event.

Heading things up are Lula Circus. Formed in 2008 duo is comprised of two musical ringleaders; Danilo Sardella and Sergio Frazzingaro. With each having their own unique perspective and visions, it’s their polar opposite traits that makes their extravaganzas into sound so damn fun to hear. Though the duo is enjoying newly found attention internationally, this circus quietly perfected it’s act through vinyl-only releases on labels such as Catwash, Resopal and Apparel to name a few. In 2011, it was their hit “She Loves Me” on Culprit that put them on many radars; in addition to their massively successful Miami Vices EP on Stranjjur which was also released in the same time-frame.

Next on the bill is DJ Squal. As a founding member and resident of the new web radio in Toulouse (PINK-CITY-BEATS.COM) he has been an active part Toulouse techno scene for over 17 years, seeing him play alongside some of the biggest names in electronic music including Henrik Schwarz, Oliver Huntemann, Popof, Ricardo Villalobos, Miss Kittin & The Hacker, Slam, Ivan Smagghe and many more. Twinlovers are incredibly excited to be able to be bringing this talent to the UK for the March event and party goers can expect the finest in underground electronic beats as Squal hits the decks

Closing things off is Twinlovers resident Moody Pat. Inspired by music all his life, Pat moved to London in 2005 and it was then that his love for DJing was firmly cemented.

Since then he has gone on to play a variety of different venues, to huge and intimate crowds alike. You can catch him all around London at warehouse Parties or at MOMO’s Kemia Bar and The Vaults Home House. Since 2010, he has also spent his summers on the magical Island of Ibiza where you can catch him mainly at The Place (Near Pacha), Shardana and Esvive Club.

The Twinlovers experience is all about collaboration between art, performance and music.
