Eastender Festival: Doom Live / Drums of Death / Greg Wilson / Norman Jay / Mad Professor / Cooly G Live and many more lined up for this weekend.

The first annual East Ender Festival a three day arts and music micro-festival happens this weekend Friday 21st – Sunday 23rd September.The East Ender Festival is a home-coming celebration for all East London’s residents and artistic talent. welcoming back loved ones back from a summer travelling around festivals across the country and abroad for one last summer fling.

Over three days The East Ender Festival will place some of the best emerging talent alongside some of the greatest and most influential living legends.This is East London’s official summer closing party.

Village Underground & Holywell Car Park will host a line up which incorporates a diverse range of styles from left field electronic music to hip hop and dub reggae. The festival’s open air art gallery will provide an expressive space for local artists and crafts people to exhibit and expound their work. An open air cocktail bar will complement the pop art gallery next door to the venue in Holywell Lane Carpark, entry is free to the general public each day until 9pm.

The East Ender Festival will host a myriad of music and visual arts, embracing a selection of artistic disciplines, which includes a stellar line-up up from hip hop’s Doom, Drums of Death, Norman Jay, Greg Wilson, Blak Twang, Mad Professor & Ariwa Posse, Cooly G, Norman Jay, Prince Fatty, TY, B Bravo, Sinjin Hawke, The Thirst, XO Man, Joel Culpepper, Bakery Boys, Mr Verde, CJ Beatz, Kings Of The City, Camouflage Children, Chima Anya, Mimz, Syron, Emily Rawson, Lauren Verge, Lealea Jones and hosts including Reggae Roast, Supa Dupa Fly & Boglewaltz.
