Wireless in London’s Hyde Park typically brings huge headliners from the US to its lineup; 2009 had Kanye West, 2010 had Jay-Z and 2011 had… well, Black Eyed Peas, but 2 out of three wasn’t bad!
It seems that they’re back on form in 2012 though as Wireless will see the likes of Drake and Rihanna filling the headline slots at London’s biggest music festival with a host of top acts already announced to support with many more to come.
Also taking to the stage on Saturday 7th July, and joining their American counterparts will be, Wiz Khalifa and Nicki Minaj. Flying the flag for the UK on the day will be Example, Professor Green, Nero and Tulisa. Completing the bill is Nigerian singer-songwriter DBanj and Aussie electronic duo Knife Party.
Sunday 8th will feature the much talked-about rapper A$AP Rocky, dubstep producer Flux Pavilion, DJ and dance music connoisseur Calvin Harris, Wireless-regular J.Cole – who makes his third consecutive appearance at Wireless along with Kaskade, Labrinth, Madeon, Pitbull, Rizzle Kicks, Jessie J, Cher Lloyd and StooShee.
