Those that predicted a full month of rest and relaxation may find their plans scuppered, as one of London’s most prominent parties is preparing for what’s set to be an impressive event before February arrives. With Kompakt’s chief hero and a veritable star of the UK bass scene on hand it’s going to prove very hard to resist this one.
mulletover declares something of a January sale on Saturday 28th, with none other than Michael Mayer in the house to provide some no-doubt forward thinking and immediately engaging tunes. Alongside him on the night will be Joy Orbison, a face somewhat younger but by now instantly familiar (and not just with avid followers of his particular brand of difficult to describe bass music), meanwhile resident stalwart Geddes provides support.
