Guest Chart – Mauro Picotto

Who remembers Lizard then? If you want crossover smashes it’s perhaps the biggest of the late 90s push for trance domination. Hard, fast and very much on amphetamines it’s also accessible, and therefore may have only just started to leave the late evening airwaves.

Between then and now, or, more accurately, 1984, when he first got behind the turntables, there’s been some 600 productions and countless remixes, combining to sell an astonishing six million copies worldwide. Suffice to say then, Mauro Picotto is a huge name, with an equally sized record collection from which to select our latest DJ chart. Here we go then.
