SW4 reveal Pendulum as Sunday Headliners

2010 was a defining year for SW4. For the first time taking over Clapham Common for a whole weekend. The likes of Fatboy Slim, Armin Van Buuren, Carl Cox, Boys Noize, Andy C and Skream & Benga cemented South West Four as the UK’s premier inner-city festival.  A prime showcase of the best dance talent, this year they return – literally bigger, better and louder! It’s the bank holiday date of Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th August, where the clubbing fraternity will once again congregate al fresco. There is no better way to end the Summer, with both EXCLUSIVE headliners confirmed.

And now it’s been released that headlining the Sunday with their only show in the UK this year are Pendulum:

“We have seen the support bill for the festival and it’s absolutely massive. Can’t wait to play this event!” Rob Swire (Pendulum)

For nine years, Pendulum have fused ideas from a plethora of musical genres. With gigs on all six continents, the trio understandably caught the Blightly’ bug – now calling London home. 2005 saw debut album ‘Hold Your Colour’ storm the charts, following up with In Silico’ and latest offering ‘Immersion’. This year they are taking on a full US stadium tour, making SW4 their only London  gig of 2011.

The remaining line-up will be gradually revealed. But we’ve been promised there are some real big boys – including two stadium-sized live acts and a worldwide DJ phenomenon.
