Get your outfits ready for this year’s Halloween Parties

Well October has now arrived, the leaves are turning and the nights are drawing in, (although on the plus side dark winter mornings make after parties much more accessible, as long as its dark it’s still ok to party in our opinion). Halloween is approaching which can only mean one thing, its time to get deep down and scary, dance music and the macabre seem so well suited, so here are Plain and Simple’s picks of some of the best Halloween parties on offer in London this year, there’s more to follow so let us know if we’ve missed any….plus we’ll be featuring the best events across the rest of the country later this month too…(*insert evil laugh here*)

Torture Garden Halloween Ball.

Where the only suitable costume is made of latex, the torture garden Halloween ball has become an annual pilgrimage for those who like their dance music that extra kinky…erotic shows to a soundtrack of filthy base from the likes of Ed Real, Mike Kouglin, Jimmy Mofo and Lydia Darling.

Shiva@ The whitehouse.

On a gentler note, Clapham’s plush Whitehouse hosts the Shiva Halloween ball, with a mix of all things house downstairs from and a Michael Jackson Thriller tribute upstairs.  Spooky.

The full line up is:

Liam D / T-On-J /Nick Hudson/Paul Michael/Richie Hodges / Ross Taylor

Upstairs – “Thriller” Tribute to Michael Jackson ( 80’s groove & disco funk)

Rob Alldritt / Huckleberry Finn/ Steve Feelgood / Liam D
